3. Most recent two year Federal Tax returns


4. Most recent one month pay stubs


5. Most recent two month bank statement


6. Driver license copy


7. Green Card’s front and back copy if apply  


8. Visa copy for non-resident borrower


9. Mortgage statement for all properties currently own, include 2nd loan / home equity line


10. Evidence of  home insurance for all properties currently own, include HOA statement if apply
